I was one of those unusual teenagers who found my calling in high school. At 16 years old I took my first Psychology course & have been studying all things Psychology related ever since. In my senior year I researched the best undergraduate college programs to begin my journey & chose to pursue my Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work (BSW) from Syracuse University School of Social Work in New York State. In 1981 I completed my BSW in 3 years which put me ahead in my career path. I then went on to earn my Graduate Degree at the highly esteemed Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City. I majored in their clinical track & completed my Master of Science Degree in Social Work (MSW) in 1988. I moved to Florida shortly after & became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 1992. In April of 1992 I established & maintained a successful private practice in Palm Beach County providing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families & groups working with a broad spectrum of diversified clients & specialized treatments.
Those closest to me know me as a loving & committed wife, mother of 2 adult children, animal lover & mom to all our canine offspring. I have been happily married for the past 35 years. My core values are loyalty, honesty, empathy, compassion, altruism & social consciousness. I am a lifelong learner/student & love traveling, reading, gardening, decorating, & spending time in nature especially the beautiful beaches in Florida & finding any other excuse to sun worship.
